Drive By Shooting Prank
This is wrong on so many levels but it's funny at the same time. Teenagers and grown people alike should never try this in their neighborhood no matter how safe or unsafe it is. You could be looking at some serious jail time or have some trouble with some gangs or people in the neighborhood in general.
